When you decide to proceed with Olsen Homes & Renovation, the next step is to sign a Design Agreement. This is the point where we form concepts for your project. Together, you and our design team discuss ideas and distinguish feasible options. Then we draft a series of drawings that give form and substance to all of the ideas. We analyze budget dollars through the entire process.
Finalize a budget and scope—go to contract.
After schematic renderings are approved, we finalize cost projections based on your priorities. We allocate resources according to what’s most important to you. Once you have agreed to and signed our contract, the fun really begins.
Finalize amenities and details.
Our expert designers are involved in every project from initial consultation to selecting finishes. At this step they work with you, meticulously specifying all necessary details and amenities you choose while keeping a close eye on your budgetary considerations. Meanwhile, our superintendent develops a detailed schedule of the necessary work and timeline to complete your project.
Work begins.
Now your assigned superintendent takes responsibility for your job and manages every detail of the construction process. The design team continues to maintain close communication with you throughout the duration of your project to ensure proper translation from design to the finished product.
The end, on schedule.
Before you know it, your home is transformed. It is our promise that if we don’t complete your project as specified in the written contract, we will pay you $200 every day the project extends beyond the agreed upon completion date. Guaranteed.

We conclude every project with a thorough final cleaning. Your home is now yours again to enjoy and create new memories.
